Brief:
The client brief for this project was to completely renovate the interior of an existing detached house in Ballina, Co. Mayo. The brief also called for the addition of a substantial extension to the rear. Design emphasis focused mainly on the redefining of the existing internal spaces, the addition of a substantial modern extension which would be modern and stylish yet would accommodate all of the needs of the client. Emphasis was also placed on the use of natural light for heating and lighting purposes. This project is due to commence in Summer 2010.
