Tender drawings and information
For the more complex or lavish projects where high end finish and quality of construction are required we would recommend you leave nothing to chance. A tender package consists of a highly detailed set of drawings at relevant scales from 1:100 to 1:1 depending on requirements. Also included will be a full specification document detailing materials, workmanship and required standards for the entire project. Tender packages usually form the basis on which accurate costs can be determined and also form the core of the contract documents.
