Once we have the project designed you may need planning permission. If so we will continue to develop the design and prepare the application on your behalf. Contrary to common perception the planning process is quite straight forward. Design accordingly and make the very best application you can. Nobody can guarantee permission but with our help you will get the best possible outcome from the process.

We were told by several engineers and architects that we would not get planning permission for the new house we wanted to build. We spoke to Tribe Architects and they were the only ones who took the time to really look at the possibility. We met Conor on site and explained what we wanted. We thought if we were conservative and looked for the least impactful design we might get planning but Conor challenged this and we are so glad he did. Instead of a traditional house low down the site we applied for a contemporary home on top of the site exactly where we wanted it (but never thought we’d get it). 3 months later planning was granted and we couldn’t believe it.
