Full Service

Our full service package is for those looking to have an architect involved from start to finish on a project. We will take the project from inception, through design and planning and then on to tender. We will prepare the construction drawings and specification. Negotiate he contract with the builder and provide regular on site inspections to ensure the works are compliant with Building Regulations and Planning. This is all provided under the framework of the RIAI – Schedule of Services.

We engaged Tribe Architects to provide a full service for our new home and we are very glad we did. Aside from the beautiful design and ease of planning they took all of the anxiety out of the build. It was a real peace of mind knowing that they would deal with the builder on our behalf. We were nervous about the process but there was no need. Conor and his team took control and made us feel really included on site. They took the time to explain everything that was going on and made us feel really secure in the knowledge that it was all going to plan.

Both myself and my wife work full time and have young kids so time is not something we have a lot of. We needed someone to take the load and deal with the day to day questions for our new home. We engaged Tribe Architects for a full service as they had been recommended by friends and it was a great decision. We had control and final say on everything but there is so much that goes on during the build that we didn’t know and didn’t want to know.
